How it works

One loop, four steps, zero guesswork.

Most tools stop at "the AI wrote it." We keep going — until every answer is confirmed by the people who run the process and traceable back to its source.

STEP 01 — CAPTURE

Start with a baseline in your own words.

Point us at how the work is documented today. mySupplyChain.ai drafts a structured baseline — requirements grouped by category, each in your organization's own voice rather than generic AI phrasing. Everything starts clearly marked as assumed: fast to produce, and honest about the fact that it hasn't been confirmed yet.

Requirements captured as documented, not invented
Grouped and board views, short titles, full detail and acceptance criteria
Organized under a client → org unit → stakeholder structure, tagged by industry
Requirements grouped view
Questions tab with routing and confidence levels
STEP 02 — CONFIRM

Put it to the people who actually run it.

Each requirement carries clarifying questions. Route them to the right stakeholder or department, answer them, correct what's wrong, and capture what was missing. Every answer records how confident the respondent is — Provisional, Solid, or Validated — so you never mistake a hunch for a fact.

Questions routed to the right owners, with a referral trail
Confidence levels on every answer
One-click jump between a requirement and its questions
STEP 03 — VERIFY

Let agreement do the proving.

Have multiple teams answer the same questions independently. Where they agree, confidence auto-raises to Validated. Where they disagree, it's flagged as Split and held at Provisional until reconciled. And when two teams say the same thing in different words, the assistant recognizes it as agreement — not a false conflict — so you only chase the disagreements that are real.

Independent answers from multiple teams — real triangulation
Converged → Validated; Split → surfaced and capped
AI clustering catches same-meaning, different-wording agreement
A cross-client divergence report of every unresolved conflict
Split answers surfaced, not buried
AI verdict: converged

STEP 04 — REASON

Ask questions you can act on.

The AI assistant is grounded in your baseline and reasons only over confirmed answers — never guesses. Every point it makes cites the exact requirement behind it. Change a confirmed answer and ask again, and it reflects the new reality instantly. It's an assistant you can quote in a recommendation.

Grounded in a project, a client, or your whole portfolio
Reasons only over Validated/Confirmed answers
Cites its sources; updates the moment the truth changes
