How do I get a price?
Contact us — we'll scope it to your clients, teams, and engagements and quote you the same day.
Is it per seat or per client?
Both — plans are priced on seats and active clients/projects, plus a usage component for the AI (token) processing your work consumes. Contact us and we'll size it to how your team actually works.
Can teammates answer without a paid seat?
No — teammates are per seat. Everyone who works in the workbench, from answering questions to confirming requirements, has their own seat, and we'll size the seat count with you when we scope your plan.
Where does my data live / who can see it?
Your data is hosted in the cloud and isolated to your account — no one else can see it until you explicitly share a project or client with them. Sharing is opt-in and role-based, so you control exactly who has access to what.
Can I export everything?
Yes — Word and Markdown, from your own templates, any time.
